This just in, the police have issued warnings that a secret group of dangerous clowns are planning on a nationwide purge on Halloween night. The clowns claim they would rob and kill anyone they spot trick or treating; seeing how most trick-or-treaters are little kids, the threat could not have been more disturbing. Authorities have advised adults and teenagers alike to stay indoors during Halloween night.
A brief history of clowns
Clowns borrowed designs for their costumes from the French school of Comedia del Arte, the gist of it was that they were completely white from head to toe, including the face. Most of their performances were simple mimes in which they would use facial expressions and body movements to convey a story. With time the costumes took increasingly frightening designs.
Clowns have always given off creepy vibes
Their colorful exteriors, permanently plastered smiles and protruding round nose make them look like possessed spirits which are hell bent on torturing young souls. Little kids are known to be extremely frightened by their unnerving costumes. The joyful expressions of the clowns are perhaps the most disturbing thing about them. “Why are they smiling so much?”
The psychology of horror
Their facial expressions are extremely uncanny, the clowns have recognizable human faces which are always seen smiling, you know they’re up to something no good, but you just can’t put a finger on it. The mystery only adds to the creepy vibes.
Stephen King’s novel ‘IT’ doesn’t help things much
The fear of clowns was popularized in mainstream media by Stephen King’s hit novel, ‘It’, which features a frightening clown called Pennywise, a demon who lurks inside sewers and dark corridors to feed on the fear and bodies of young children. He was so scary, that most readers of ‘It’, have developed coulrophobia, or a fear of clowns.
A clown was seen grabbing a 1 year old girl
Some of the clowns have already started their ‘harvest’ of little children. A mother in San Francisco described how she bravely fought off a clown who grabbed her 1 year old child’s arm. But before the deviant could grope her any further, the mother kicked the clown right in the kisser. That oughta teach him a lesson.
University students take initiative to hunt for the evil clowns
Students of Penn State University were seen launching their own little manhunt into the woods to search for a creepy clown who was allegedly spotted in their campus. They could find no traces of the creepy killer and had to return back.
Professional clowns are not too happy
Of course, the good and honest clowns are going to take the blame for the bad ones. Professional clowns who aren’t creepy might soon find themselves running out of a job. The threat of the creepy clowns from Halloween night must be stopped right in their tracks.
Don’t label the entire clown race as violent sociopaths
While we understand that you can’t tell the ‘good’ clowns from the ‘bad’ ones, it is unethical to label them all as violent sociopaths with a mission to ‘purge’ all trick-or-treaters on Halloween night. Don’t bully the good clowns because that way, you’re only making the bad clowns win.
Chilling details of the three arrested clowns
Oklahoma City police managed to arrest three clowns after multiple calls were made to 911. These clowns admitted to having plans for murdering as many people on the streets at Halloween night as possible. They gave blood curdling details on how they would butcher everyone, including little kids.
Have your firearms ready
The police have advised citizens to lock themselves in their homes on Halloween night to protect themselves from the thousands of clowns who will roam the streets to perform their ‘act of cleansing’. The authorities have even advised people to use their legally acquired firearms if push comes to shove. Will you go out on Halloween night? Let us know.
